10.2 You must notify us within 20 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return an item within the 30 day period – this gives you 10 days minimum notice to return the item to us within the 30 days return period.
10.3 Unless faulty or misdescribed:
- delivery costs are non-refundable;
- return costs are your responsibility.
10.4 Items must be returned in materially the same condition received.
10.5 Where goods are defective or materially misdescribed, we will arrange return and refund delivery costs.
10.6 Due to the nature of second-hand goods, normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect.
10.7 Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply where legally required.
